Ilios Living has been established by by Crest Capital, a large fund manager with capital available for deployment for suitable real estate projects in WA, to bring dedicated operational capability for the long-term management of their disability accommodation portfolio.
With the ability to leverage our existing developments, land holdings and access to capital, we are positioned to address a wide range of disability accommodation needs, and have the resources and flexibility to structure partnerships around the specific requirements of each partner and project.

Brad has built a solid CV of senior leadership experience across a range of industries including consumer lifestyle, hospitality and healthcare.
Brad has proven his ability to define business strategies that leverage the competitive advantages of an organisation; then build the systems, teams and competencies required to successfully execute.
Working a large part of his career in Asia, Brad has built a collaborative management approach and ability to successfully build diverse teams for the best long-term outcomes of all stakeholders.
Marius brings extensive legal and financial services industry experience to the team. During his career, Marius has held executive positions as Managing Partner of a legal firm, CEO of a financial services business within a publicly listed company, and various executive directorships in real estate lending and financial services.
Marius has been active in real estate finance in Australia since 2004, and has been a Director and Responsible Manager of Australian Financial Services licensees since 2006. Marius is currently a Responsible Manager of several Australian Financial Services licensees, specialising in mortgage investments and direct property investment.
